Returns

At Soccer Garage, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products. All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in “AS NEW” and re-saleable condition. Please do not ship shoes back to us without a shipping box to protect the shoe box as we will refuse such shipments. We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products, videos, CD's, DVD's, special orders, customized merchandise, field equipment, goals, game tables, club/team orders, and large quantity orders. Jocks and undergarments are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason. Please try on all footwear products indoors as shoes with evidence of wear (e.g., grass stains, dirt stains, scuffs, etc.) will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

Please be aware that all returns and exchanges must include a copy of our Return or Exchange PDF Form that has been filled out with all the required information.
 
Defects
All claims for defective merchandise must be made within 30 days from receipt of the merchandise, regardless of date used. Defects will be determined by Soccer Garage and will not include issues arising from normal wear and team, misuse, incorrect size ordered, inclement weather or field conditions. Claims made beyond 30 days are up to the discretion of Soccer Garage and we refuse the right to reject claims beyond that time span.

Returns
Shipping costs for returns due to customer error and/or oversight or because an item does not fit is the customer's responsibility and will not be credited back upon receipt of items. We also will not credit back original shipping charges in those situations. We do not accept returns for field equipment such as goals, rebounders, PowerGoals, corner flags, etc.  For all other items, there is NO restocking fee whether you return for credit or return for exchange except on jerseys and orders over $1000. For ALL jersey returns there will be a 15% restocking fee. For returns on orders over $1000, there will be a 25% restocking fee. If you are returning an item because of an error that we made please call us at 800-301-9042 to arrange for an e-tag which will pay for your return shipping costs. If you would rather ship the item back yourself please ship your returns via UPS, FedEx, or USPS only! We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size – Soccer Garage will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. You will not be charged a restocking fee, but will be charged the cost of shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us. If there is an error on our part, we will gladly cover shipping BOTH ways. We recommend that you reorder your new size or product now, and then return your incorrect size to us for a credit. The benefit of this method is that your new order will ship immediately and hold your new product.

To expedite exchanges we suggest simply placing a new order on our website and then requesting a return for your previous order. By placing a new order you ensure that your order ships out as soon as possible and you avoid the delay involved with shipping back merchandise, waiting for us to contact you, then shipping out the new item.

Refusal of Package
If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
