Between December 22 and January 9th many of our manufacturers and fulfillment centers will be closed for the holidays. During that time, your item may not ship if it comes from those warehouses. It will ship once they re-open on Monday, January 12th. If you need your items before then, please call us prior to ordering to confirm ship dates for your order.
For holiday orders, please refer to our shipping schedule and do not rely on normal shipping times as UPS and FedEx will add an extra 1-2 business days to Ground orders during peak holiday season (December 15-January 9).

Soccer Garage is headquartered in one of the largest soccer specialty showrooms in the country, equipped with a state-of-the-art warehouse operation in San Juan Capistrano, California. Our website, SoccerGarage.com, is one of the largest online specialty retailers of soccer equipment and apparel in the United States.
If you are a club, team, league, school, or just looking to place a large quantity order, we can outfit you with literally any product in stock. If you need to place a large order, please contact us by phone or e-mail prior to placing your order. Minimum amount for a purchase order is $100. In order to place an order using a purchase order, your order must be faxed to us at (949) 443-9707 on a school/association letterhead and include the items, billing and shipping addresses, contact person, phone number and e-mail address so that we can send you a confirmation invoice. Your order will not ship until we receive approval of that e-mailed invoice. For all first time purchase order accounts, we require that a valid credit be on file until payment is received. If payment is received within 30 days, then no charges will be incurred on the card. If payment is not received within 30 days, Soccer Garage reserves the right to charge the credit card on file. Purchase orders are not considered valid until approved by a Soccer Garage Team Sales associate and payment information is collected. We except credit card - VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover; PayPal, and e-Checks. For any e-Check orders, your order will not ship out until the check clears, which is generally between 5 and 7 business days. During that time, your order will be placed on hold but your items will not be allocated until payment is cleared.

At Soccer Garage, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can shop with confidence, knowing that we stand behind our products. All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, in "as new" and resalable condition.
We regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on used products, videos, CD's, DVD's, special orders, customized merchandise, and club or team orders, and large quantity orders. Jocks and undergarments are not returnable or exchangeable for any reason.
Shipping costs for returns due to customer error and/or oversight or because an item does not fit is the customer's responsibility and will not be credited back upon receipt of items. There is NO restocking fee whether you return for credit or return for exchange except on uniforms (including jerseys, shorts, and/or socks). For ALL team order (quantities of 10 or more) returns there will be a 15% restocking fee. For returns on orders over $1000, there will be a 25% restocking fee. If you are returning an item because of an error that we made please call us at 800-301-9042 to arrange for an e-tag which will pay for your return shipping costs. If you would rather ship the item back yourself please ship your returns via UPS, FedEx, or USPS only! We will process your refund within 7 days of receipt. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
We understand that sometimes products need to be exchanged for a different size; Soccer Garage will gladly exchange any new product for a different size, color, or item. You will not be charged a restocking fee, but will be charged the $5.00 cost of return shipping for the replacement product being sent back to you. You are also responsible for the cost of shipping the item to us. We recommend that you reorder your new size or product now, and then return your incorrect size to us for a credit. The benefit of this method is that your new order will ship immediately and hold your new product.
Refusal of Package
If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
For UPS Ground Shipments please use the table below to calculate shipping costs. Free shipping applies to orders within the 48 Continental United States only (not including Alaska and Hawaii).
Estimated Delivery Day Based on Shipping Method
For expedited shipping options such as UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air, shipping rates are based upon the weight of your order. As you checkout, the weight of the items in your cart will be calculated against the shipping method that you have chosen. Free shipping DOES NOT apply to oversized items such as corner flags, training poles, field marking paint, field equipment, etc. Such items will be charged based on the "dimensional weight" of the order. Some bulky items, although light, are charged based on "dimensional weight" or the space the package occupies in the delivery vehicle. Orders eligible for free shipping are shipped UPS Ground or a comparable method via FedEx or USPS.
Shipping and Delivery
Transit time on packages shipped via UPS Ground usually arrive within 1-7 Business days of the date shipped. Packages shipped via USPS generally take 1-8 Business days for delivery. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on the location of the shipping warehouse as well as the recipient's address
From time to time, we may be unable to ship to your "Ship To" address if that address is an unconfirmed address. In that instance, your order will be shipped to your "Bill To" address to avoid unauthorized charges.
Saturday, Sunday and certain holidays are not classified by UPS as normal shipping days. If you require a Saturday delivery, please contact us to place the order as it must be shipped Next Day Air with a "Saturday Delivery" request through UPS. There is a $15.00 UPS service charge added to the Next Day Air charge. Orders placed on Friday and requested to be shipped Next Day Air, without calling our customer service center to request Saturday delivery will be delivered the following Monday. Please call our customer service line at 1-800-301-9042 to place a Saturday delivery order.
Same-Day shipping cutoff is 12 PM (P.S.T) on the day of your order.
Canada Orders may take an additional 1-3 business days to ship out due to the extra packaging and processing required for customs.
Hawaii and Alaska orders may ship via UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. We also now offer a US Postal Service option. To do so, select "USPS - AK/HI" as your shipping method during checkout.
US Postal Service orders may take up to an extra 1-3 business days to leave our warehouse to due extra processing and packaging required for these orders.
In Store Pickup orders will be ready for pickup within 3 business days from date of purchase. We will contact you once your order is ready to be picked up. Please bring proof of identification and a copy of your invoice to our San Juan Capistrano location.
SoccerGarage.com has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Transit time is generally 2 - 3 weeks.
Duties, Custom Fees, and Taxes
All International customers are required to pay any applicable duties, custom fees or taxes that their country requires upon entry of the goods. Please contact your local Customs office for more details, information, and estimated fees before ordering. Please note that these charges are not charged by us, and therefore cannot be refunded by us. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.

We offer in-store pickup for those customers who live close to our retail store in San Juan Capistrano, CA. From time to time, the item(s) will need to be brought in from another warehouse, so if you need these items in a hurry, please contact us prior to placing your order otherwise we will contact you once your order is in-store and ready for pickup.
In the event a dispute arises that cannot be resolved by amicable means, the parties agree to resolve the matter in a court forum nearest to Soccer Garage, Inc.'s principle place of business located in San Juan Capistrano, CA.
