The Superfeet^TM Active Blue^TM Capsule is the most versatile Trim-to-Fit insole in our line. Because it's a little thinner, it works well in most lower-volume casual and sport (running, mountain biking, or tennis) shoes, or when you can't remove the inner sole from shoes. Ranges from a Youth size 11.5 to an Adult size 15.
